Crazy Muffin

This crazy muffin made by muffiny (muffin mix) for quick n easy way.. ;o)
Why I called these muffin crazy? Because I put anything crazy on it! Ha..ha..ha.. n you know what...the taste drive me crazy!!

Crazy Muffin
Servings : 12

Ingredients :
250 gr muffin mix
100 gr eggs (about 2 eggs)
100 gr vegetable/cooking oil
25 gr fresh milk

"Crazy things" : choco chip, raisin, cheddar cheese grated or cut in pieces n dry coconut. Strawberry/lemon/blueberry/raspberry jam for filling n topping... measure doesn't matter. As you wish!

Directions :
Beat muffin mix, eggs, oil n fresh milk on medium speed for 10 minutes.
Add "crazy things" n mix well.
Put in muffin pan, filling n topped with jam n bake for about 20 - 25 minutes.
