
I love cheese, try this recipe n enjoy my favourite one..
COTTON SOFT JAPANESSE CHEESECAKE

Ingredients :
140g / 5 ozs fine granulated sugar
6 egg whites
6 egg yolks
1\4 tsp cream of tartar (optional)
50g / 2 ozs butter
250g / 9 ozs cream cheese*
100 ml / 3 fluid ozs fresh milk
1 tbsp lemon juice/lime juice
60g / 2 ozs cake flour /superfine flour
20g / 1oz cornflour
1/4 tsp salt
Directions :
1.Melt cream cheese, butter and milk over a double boiler. Cool the mixture.Fold in the flours, egg yolks, lemon juice and mix well.
2.Whisk egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy.Add in the sugar and whisk until soft peaks form.
3.Add the cheese mixture to the egg white mixture and mix well. Pour into a 8 inch round cake pan ( Lightly grease and line the bottom and sides of the pan with greaseproof baking paper or parchment paper.)
4. Bake cheesecake in a water bath for 1 hours 10 minutes or until set and golden brown at 160 C (325 F. Topping with whipcream n garnish with your favourite fruit or jam..
*Make your own cream cheese by melt grated 125 gr cheese + 125 ml fresh milk.

JCC selembut kapas
Bahan :
140 gr gula pasir halus
6 putih telur
6 kuning telur
1/4 sdt CTT (optional; yang mau pake silahkan, ga dipake pun gpp)
50 gr butter
250 gr cream cheese*
100 ml susu segar/UHT
1 sdm air lemon
60 gr tepung terigu
20 gr tepung maizena
1/4 sdt garam
Cara membuat :
Tim cream cheese, butter & susu segar hingga mencair. Dinginkan, tambahkan tepung terigu, kuning telur dan air lemon. Aduk rata & sisihkan.
Kocok putih telur dan CTT hingga berbusa. Tambahkan gula pasir (masukkan sedikit demi sedikit) lalu kocok hingga soft peak.
Masukkan campuran adonan cream cheese kedalam adonan putih telur, aduk hingga rata. Tuangkan ke loyang ukuran 8 inch atau 20 cm yang telah dioles tipis dengan margarin dan dialasi dasar & tepi loyang dengan kertas roti.
Panggang dengan sistem au bain marie selama 1 jam 10 menit atau sampai matang pada suhu 160 derajat celcius. Hias atasnya dengan whipcream atau buah dan selai paporit anda. ;)
*buat cream cheese anda sendiri dengan cara masak dan aduk diatas api : 125 ml fresh milk + 125 gr keju cheddar parut.
